We loved everything about this place, staff, facilities,...
We loved everything about this place, staff, facilities, clean, hottub/pool and the temp was great in both of them. Hot breakfast was great and Tarrin made the extra effort to assist with anything anyone needed. Thanks to you all.
The only things was light flashing off and on beside the fire gaget.
A bar of soap would be great unperfumed. We would stay here again as it is an amazing place.

Collingwood is a very interesting place to visit.
Collingwood is a very interesting place to visit. There are all sorts of activities for every type of person. A visit to the Blue Mountain Ski Village is a must, even if you have never skiied in your life (me!) Also, make sure you find the old historic part of town, on a street I think is called Hurontario. Lots of little shops to explore and very interesting historic buildings like the old Post Office (now Service Canada). The Scandinavian Spa is a special treat at a very reasonable price. You can spend the day there for as little as $85 - go in the morning, then have your lunch there, and finish off at one of the wonderful saunas! Your body will thank you. There are all sorts of bike and walking trails, and maps to get you there. The Scenic Caves are also not too far away, but you also must check out the new Eco-Adventure Playground at Sunset Point Park on the lake - great for adults and kids alike! We have visited Collingwood several times in the past few years but this year we stumbled onto the Collingwood Brewery - a great place to spend an afternoon! Check out their monthly calendar online as they hold lots of interesting events/music. Collingwood is a jewel of a town in cottage country! You won't be disappointed.

Collingwood is a pleasant enough area on Georgian Bay dotted...
Collingwood is a pleasant enough area on Georgian Bay dotted with nearby picturesque towns like Thornberry, Meaford, and the resort of Wasaga Beach to the east. But the City of Collingwood itself was a disappointment. The town has a nice main street with lots of unique shops but few pedestrians and restaurants were hard to find. Despite touting itself on the shore of Georgian Bay there are no restaurants/bars on the waterfront itself - a glaring omission. And we figured out why downtown might be so deserted - everyone goes to the faux village of Blue Mtn. Resort Village a few miles west!

Lots of trails and beaches.
Lots of trails and beaches. Lots of cool non-chain restaurants with a great vibe. So much to explore.
We went to Bent Taco. If you like Mexican, go here. Unique delicious menu. Great patio. Fast service.
We also went to The Huron Club. Cool spot. Good food.
We rode many of the trails. Well kept. Want to do some more. There are many trails.

Didn’t like the Living Water resort, it was very run down,...
Didn’t like the Living Water resort, it was very run down, we could have found a better place to stay for sure, it needs work badly, it was built very cheaply. It needs painting, grout in the bathrooms, the bathroom sink was plugged, air conditioner needs to be able to shut off, especially when sitting on the balconies, you can’t hear anyone talking, it’s so loud, whirlpool tub is terribly loud as well, in the washroom, I wanted to use it to relax, unfortunately because of how loud it was that wasn’t going to work.
The view on the marina was pretty, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I visited the front desk to see if I could buy a pillow, the gentleman said he would contact housekeeping and get back to me, I never heard anything.
All in all for being a time share Resort it seems very sad that once you sign up for it is extremely hard to get out of it without a great expense, after talking to a few people that want out.
I would not recommend this place, unfortunately we won’t be back.
Clean, well kept, spotless property. Kim was the perfect host, communication was easy and all instructions were clear. Kitchen and washroom well stocked, beds comfortable, heating just right and we slept soundly. Close to all attractions in Blue Mountain and Collingwood. A very relaxing, and restful weekend. Looking forward to repeat visits.
The suite was very comfortable and well equipped. The living room furniture is comfortable and the fireplace was welcome on cooler mornings. Bed and linens were very good. The suite is a 10 minute drive to Blue Mountain and 10 minutes from downtown Collingwood. The hotel in the development has a good restaurant and is a five minute walk.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was good and close to restaurants and stores. We were booked to play at Cranberry Golf Course the one day but due to thunder storm it was cancelled. Nice and close to Blue Mountain and Village (10 minutes by car) to visit and to also play their golf course Monterra Golf.
I highly recommend this place, staffs are friendly andI like how clean it is. The room are very clean and beds are very comfortable and spacious. Also, breakfast is great.
I will for sure come back to this hotel if we decide to visit the area.
Also, the location is great, close to grocery, coffee shops and highway.
We enjoy the location of the Hotel. So close to a several facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and others and less then 15 min driving from the Blue Mountains.
Talking about facilities, it was a pleasure to notice they have a plant of free parking lot's spots available.
Overall good. Liked the entrance to the hotel from the main road. Staff was good. Rooms were lovely but the only issue is the doors did not have noise cancellation. And the hotel needs an elevator for sure because taking the luggage up the stairs is not comfortable
We were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of our room. We enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffees from the machine in the lobby. Staff were friendly and hotel was great value for a night in Collingwood, following a day at the local Scandinave Spa.
I liked the jacuzzi in the room and the clean room. The hotel entrance and foyer was nice as well. Nice pool. Nothing much on the rooftop other than a few chairs and good view.
Good location just outside blue mountain and good for the price.
The place was clean, spacious and came equipped with all basic kitchen items, linen and towels, etc. The location is close to downtown collingwood and blue mountain village
The owner was quick to respond to all our queries.
Breakfast was great- plenty of options. My son is gluten free and was happy with the choices available.
Hotel is a dated and has some wear and tear, but we would come back. It served our purpose!
The building and rooms are quite new and so it was a good feeling inside the hotel. The staff at front desk, breakfast and cleaning were all friendly and supportive.
