Set in Montévrain in the Ile de France region, Studio Cosy et son Emplacement Idéal features a balcony. It is situated 36 km from Opéra Bastille and provides a lift.

It was perfect that the key was deposited in the mailbox, so you can arrive completely independently. I was all day in the city of Paris on the road and arrived around 10 pm. It was super clean. (Walked with white socks in the apartment and they were not dark on the sole). I love it like that. First accommodation in my life that was so clean. Except 4-5 star hotels, and sometimes not even those. Everything new and beautiful and modern. The kitchen was top furnished, basically a complete apartment that has everything you need. Even washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker with capsules, vacuum cleaner. I was in the Disney bubble though, so I didn't use anything except the bathroom and bed. 5 min walk to the train station which takes you directly to Disneyland. 1 station. Single paper tickets can be purchased easily from the machine in the station.

Fantastic apartment with all you can need, even a small private outside space. The hosts were really nice and even could arrange so we got access to the apartment a bit earlier. Really nice and comfortable beds. The kids loved the bump beds instead of sleeping on a couch which many other apartment we looked at had. Supermarket was really close (closed on Sundays though, good to know if you arrive on a Sunday). The train station felt a bit far when you have small children and are tired after a day at Disneyland (10-15 min slow walk) but the bus stop was just outside on the street so that was awesome. It was a bit expensive though as just one way cost 10 euro for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the train was just 2 euro cheaper so still worth it. And sometimes the bus driver only wanted 5 euro and sometimes just waved us pass demanding nothing so it was a bit confusing but in the end reasonable price counting all trips back and forth. Would definitely stay here again!

Ennél felszereltebb apartmanban még nem jártam, pedig utaztam már sokat. Az egész lakas teljesen felszerelt, a tulajdonos nagyon profin előkészített bejutással kapcsolatos uzenetet kuldott. Nagyon rugalmas vilt amikor picit korabbi erkezestkertunk, amit vegul nem vettunk igenybe. Gyönyörű a lakashoz tartozó kiskert, nagyon jo lokácio. Először kicsit messzinek tűnt a RER, de annyira kellemes a kornyezet, hogy egy feltoltődés maga a seta is. Nagyon kozel találhatók boltok pekseg, ettermek, disneylandbe utazók számára a legjobb választás. Tisztasag 10/10es.a kepek a valóságnak megfelelnek!

Julien is a very good host, available and responsive. The location of the apartment is pretty good, only a couple minutes from the Val d'Europe RER station, 5 minutes from Disneyland and 45 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Apartment was clean and perfect for a family of 4 who only needed it for sleeping anyway.
