Location was great. There is a breakfast room or delivered to your room. We chose the in room option. Food was delicious, hot and reasonably priced.

Room was good. Not sure if it was that cheap but I didn't really shop around.
Restaurant looked nice but we didn't eat there. Seemed a bit pricey for us.

Terrific autumn day in Bendigo - visited the art gallery and the Paris exhibition, which was great, then down to the woolen mills for some knitting supplies. Topped off by an exceptional meal at Mason's of Bendigo - the best meal on our three week holiday. We loved it.

We went to the Parisian Art Exhibition which was amazing. The restaurant also had a French menu which was very good. Lovely staff.
The Chinese Dragon gardens & surrounding gardens were beautiful with all the fall leaves coming.
We were there Monday & Tuesday so some of the restaurants we were thinking of going to were closed those days.
The church was also closed those days.
Bendigo is a very relaxed & beautiful historic town.
We probably should have stayed another day to even see more of the nearby areas.
We had breakfast at an amazing organic restaurant that also sells fruit & vegetables. You will find it in Lyttleton Terrace. Lovely young friendly staff & tasty healthy food.

Bendigo has a great art gallery and some fantastic heritage buildings and museums. There are also good food options such as The Dispensary (highly recommend). It is a good base camp for discovering the area to visit other heritage towns.

Plenty of local attractions to see, with lots of period architecture.
Foodies are very well catered for with abundant little restaurants all through the city centre and some amazing menu items.
Two recommendations are the Golden Square Hotel (I ordered Thia Red Duck Curry, which was very nice. But when I saw the Chef's special for the night coming out - Porterhouse Steak and Pot/Glass of wine $28 - I wished I had ordered that instead.
The other one is Sim'r in Hargreaves St, which has some amazing things on the menu and make in-house a range of amazing breads
Declan and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The trouble free contact-less check-in and digital keyless room access were perfect in these Covid times. The room was very clean and comfortable and with excellent heating. The location could not be improved as it was only a few blocks from the centre of Bendigo and with a bus stop adjacent to the door. There is an excellent hotel for meals next door and many cafes around for coffee and snacks. The mini-bar was well stocked and prices were fair.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was fabulous, right next door to the Tram stop, and a 20mins walk into the city centre. Fast food options close to the hotel. Beechworth Bakery and a pub across the road. Car parking available on hotel grounds. Central Deborah Mine located behind the hotel. The room had a microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates and bowls. Would definitely stay here again.
My recent stay at Bendigo All Seasons was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff provided a warm welcome and attentive service. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bistro was excellent, offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Highly recommended.
Absolutely gorgeous!
Hotel Ernest blew us away. The old bank has been renovated into a stunning Bendigo escape. The service is exceptional and we could not recommend it highly enough. We were able to walk everywhere, from the theatre to dinner and through the gorgeous gardens that are right next door.
We cannot wait to come back and stay again!
Thank you Hotel Ernest!
We enjoyed everything about Abbey View. On a rushed trip to attend the Elvis Exhibition the location was excellent for us and for anyone else intending to visit the Bendigo Art Gallery. Comfortable and quality accommodation, bedding and kitchen facilities along with an excellent heating & cooling split system(s). Totally recommend Abbey View and we will return.
We travel often to Bendigo Hospital because of my husband. Here we found good, friendly staff. The room is comfortable, with private bathroom. The beds are comfortable, with clean duvets and an electric blanket. We could make coffee with whole milk. Our stay was pleasant and the location of our hotel was convenient for our work.
Fantastic motel right in the middle of the Bendigo CBD, next to the Sacred Heart Cathedral. The facilities and amenities were excellent and the hotel staff proactively communicated in regards to the check-in process as it was Christmas Day. Ample parking space close to the rooms.
For my overnight business trip to Bendigo, the Quality Hotel Lakeside was fantastic! The king bed room in the new building is a modern, large and well appointed room with a comfy bed and great bathroom. I will definitely be staying again.
We arrived there early, but the desk staff still helped us check in quickly. When we went into the room, the room was spotless also we liked the comfortable bed. The hotel's location is convenient near the city or the Lake.
The location was beautiful and peaceful but also very convenient for the locations round Bendigo. The house was comfortable and substantial and well equipped, particularly for the hot weather.

Room serviced each day. Great meals at pub next door. Location brilliant. 900metres to Ullambra theatre . Very easy walk cbd . Would stay again .
Great place to stay when visiting Bendigo. Tony and his team bent over backwards to look after us. They helped store our trailer and didn't mind our rather noiusy car.
