Adelaide is a hidden gem! A great town, big enough to be cosmopolitan, small enough to have a warmth about it. It is surrounded by world-renowned and picturesque wine growing regions (some less than an hour's drive from the centre of town) and it has a vibrant bar and restaurant culture. There is always some kind of festival going on; just walk the streets and you'll find an event. If great food & wine, and general joie de vivre are your things, get to Adelaide asap!

I love the smiles, friendliness, and goodness I see in people. I love the new buildings being colourful and pretty, I think the transport system is fantastic and contrary to what travel agents tell, there is so much to see in this beautiful, clean and easy to walk around city. I love it so much, I have put my house for sale in Melbourne to move near the CBD, to Mount Barker.

The Zoo is excellent, the Botanic Gardens stunning, there are galleries, museums, beautiful drives and so much more to do. The city is small, clean and interesting.
There are many beautiful Heritage listed homes and buildings, wonderful, well maintained parks to wander through. Endless variety of beaches, wineries and the Adelaide Hills etc.

Adelaide is our favourite Australian capital city.
Adelaide is our favourite Australian capital city. It has a fantastically relaxed pace and so much to see and do. It is very easy to get around and the locals are friendly. We love the parks surrounding the city and enjoy the shopping too. The scooters are fun to zip around on and there are soooo many great events. We come annually for the 5 Star Equestrian event and have a list of favourite restaurants to visit when we are there; La Trattoria for dinner is a must and we also love the Market district in the evenings. We stayed at Hotel Indigo on our last trip and would definitely recommend it to others.
Second time I’ve stayed at these apartments, and hopefully not the last. I just love the proximity to the city, cafes, supermarkets, can highly recommend The Kent Hotel for dinner and Cafe La Corp for light breakfast and excellent coffee.
The apartment has all the amenities you could need and the beds are very large and comfortable.
You do need an app on phone to enter the building and room so that might not suit some people, but as you can request a key on multiple phones it makes it easy to come and go if travelling with friends.
This was a really fun hotel! We were just talking about it and saying when we think of it we smile. The room was clean, quirky and fun! Some of the chairs in the room were quite silly and the most uncomfortable chairs you can imagine but they looked cool and their silliness made us laugh. There were other comfortable places to sit so they didn't cause any issues. It's so convenient to be able to walk straight out of the airport and into the hotel. If we were doing a stop over in Adelaide again we would definitely stay there!
We stay at Adelaide Intercontinental at least a couple of times a year for a mini City break and just love the amenities it offers. The room is superb - quiet, cosy and well laid out. The bathroom has a shower and a bath which is just great as a lot of hotels don't have that (shower only). As for the breakfast - THE BEST ever!! Never fails to impress us the quality of the food on offer and the high sense of courteousness delivered by the staff. Love this hotel and we will keep coming back!!
Bed was comfortable, nice mattress. & linen was a nice white colour. Room was a decent size. I loved having the iron & board so we could re-iron our clothes for the funeral. Some of my family in Adelaide came to the Hotel for dinner. We all enjoyed the huge meal served. Presentation of the meal made it appetizing to want to eat it. Having the meal discounted as guests was a bonus. Staff in the bistro were great & welcoming.
I recently stayed at Toms Court Hotel in Adelaide and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were excellent, featuring a balcony with a pleasant view. The cleanliness was commendable, and the hotel's proximity to the CBD made it convenient for exploring the city on foot. The staff was exceptionally helpful, engaging in a thoughtful discussion about nearby attractions in the CBD. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service.
We had a 2BR apartment which was spacious and clean and very quiet. There was a closed in balcony which provided additional noise reduction. Our view of the city streets were lovely. The location was great, within walking distance to all of Adelaide CBD, and literally around the corner from Adelaide Central Market. Close to parks & gardens. The hotel pool & spa had amazing views over the CBD.
Centrally located, lots of options for eating in and around the Adelaide Markets area. We used the Tram a lot to travel down to Glenelg to meet up with family and friends. Great way to travel. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, the room was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist in anyway they could. Highly recommend.
Location was in Adelaide CBD which is in a central location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport.
It is a well maintained apartment, staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment included all you need for your stay including streaming services.
Enjoyed observing the hustle and bustle of the the city from above, through the window of the apartment.
The Minima is just as you would expect, a minimal room in a central location for a great price, we are return visitors.
It has a small ensuite and balcony, although this overlooks other apartments and a carpark. It is in a central location, great for walking into the city or North Adelaide and has great hotels/pubs coffee parklands in close proximity
The apartments are in a great location in the CBD. The apartment we have was quite spacious and we had an extra room that we were not expecting, so that was a bonus! The bed was also quite comfortable. Lady at reception was very nice and helpful. Overall, the rooms were clean and tidy and the property was affordable for an overnight stay in Adelaide.
The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Adelaide CBD, which provides many opportunities for restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast, especially the eggs on the avocado was fresh and delicious.
Good apartments with self contained amenities (Kitchen, landry). Very large and comfortable beds in seperate bedrooms. Easy walk and drive to Adelaide parklands and CBD. Secure parking with internal access to rooms. Located near the Old Lion pub and other restaurants which was great.
The best thing about this hotel is the extremely friendly reception personnel and good location to Adelaide CBD. Room is clean and spacious enough but nothing special to write home about. It's okay for short stays.
Great location, surrounded by resteraunts, chic bars, and boutiques and an easy walk into the CBD via Adelaide's beautiful gardens. Clean comfortable basic amenity hotel with very helpful pleasant staff..
One of my favourite places to stay in Adelaide we always book city view and sleep with the curtains open to watch the sunrise over Adelaide. , Glenelg never dissapoints, location, location, location.
Location of the hotel was good and bad.
Good as in proximity to CBD but Hindley Street is Adelaide’s King’s Cross! Intimidating to walk thru on way to hotel….especially at night!
The comfiest bed we've ever had at a hotel with a beautiful sunrise view of the Adelaide Hills right out our window. We would definitely stay there again!
