מלון אלבארו דה טורס בוטיק (Alvaro de Torres Boutique) נמצא בבניין יפהפה מהמאה ה-17 שממוקם באתר המורשת העולמית של אונסק"ו – אובדה (Úbeda), ליד מנזר סנטה קלרה (Santa Clara). הגענו ללילה אחד בדרך ממדריד העיר נחמדה אבל היתה רדומה כנראה כי הגענו לא בעונה. מלון חמוד עם פטיו באמצע אין מעלית לקומות עליונות אך הצוות עזר בהגעה לחדר. ארוחת בוקר אישית קצת מכל דבר לא א.בוקר טיפוסית הגשה של המלון היה מפתיע גימיק נחמד. צוות נחמד מאוד.תודה.

I could of sat on the terrace for days just taking in the view. All of the staff were friendly and super efficient. The dinning experience was perfect. Lots of love is put into running this small, charming hotel. The rooms are simple, but again, small details made with love are noticable. Lovely large towels are supplied and the water pressure is amazing. I hope to have the chance to stay here again someday and will recommend it further

Nestled in Andalusia’s mountainous countryside and surrounded by forest and with a great outdoor pool and private lake, this rustic retreat is the perfect country getaway. If you want to get away close to nature then this is a good spot. It has a Hunting lodge style with a good restaurant and bar beside a large veranda where you can watch the scenery, have a glass of wine and listen to nature. Rooms are rustic and comfortable. We had a small balcony to let us sit and watch over the valley. Staff are all very nice and cheerful. We had a half board package at a very reasonable price. The menu selection was good as was the food. Portions were very generous. There's a pack of tame geese to provide some entertainment and amusement when they go on parade around the artificial lake. You can travel to local nature spots but we just went on the local walk along the bank of the Guadalquivir. We saw some deer, jays, nutthatch, crossbills and terrapins. We could hear green woodpeckers calling but didn't get a glimpse. We only stayed two nights but there seems to be plenty to see for a longer trip. The views on the drive from Cordoba were pretty spectacular. It's a typical mountain drive with a good surface but a winding road with a long climb. The parking there is fine. We didn't use the pool but it looked good. The drive North along the river towards Murcia is pleasant also. So a very enjoyable stopover.

On top of the Santa Catalina hill, this 18th-century castle has been beautifully renovated keeping its huge stone walls and many historical features to make for an authentic stay in Jaén. Amazing castle that guarantees you'll feel like a princess or Knight for the length of your stay. Highly recommend booking dinner bed and breakfast to make the most of your stay and enjoy the gorgeous food on offer. Really made my holiday and now keen to return for a longer stay and explore Jaen.

Set within Las Sierras Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Nature Reserve, Coto del Valle de Cazorla is 3 km outside Arroyo Frío. It offers a spa and a peaceful setting close to the Guadalquivir River. The massage, spa and especially the floatarium were great.
