Simply a beautiful hotel perfectly located to explore some of the best places in Ireland. The service was too notch, friendly, professional and accommodating. Their breakfast, which was included with our room, was fantastic. They give you a menu of options from which you order, instead of having a buffet. they were extra accommodating of my kids, who were still hungry after eating the breakfast that was included (not the hotels fault, my kids are just bottomless pits). The hotel gave them additional sausages and eggs for free, when it should have been charged since it was extra. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable. We stayed in a family room that had three beds, and it was incredibly spacious. parking was easy and convenient, right outside the hotel.

The room was big and very accessible and heaps of space with a king size bed. plenty of breakfast and dinner was excellent. There is a new cafe and pastry area inside the entrance.

The owner Una couldn't have more hospitable. Made us so welcome. Food was amazing and great value. Staff were also very friendly and looked after us so well. The room's are decorated beautifully great ensuite and very comfy beds.

Iloinen yllätys, että pääsyliput Kerry Cliffs nähtävyyspaikalla kuuluivat hintaan..... Paikka oli ihan lähellä vieläpä Aamupala ei kuulunut hintaan mutta emäntä oli jättänyt keittiöön kaiken mahdollisen saatavilla veloituksetta Söpö huoneisto!

A great hotel in a beautiful town. Our room was very large and comfortable with a huge bathroom. It was quiet and well situated in town and a short walk to the train and bus station. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate but we enjoyed breakfast in the dining room for a reasonable rate.

The location right in town centre with public parking right next to it.They do have an underground car park but at really busy times it fills up quickly. The breakfast was a buffet style affair which was excellent with a good choice of hot cooked and continental style food.

The hotel staff and the staff at the bar and restaurant was very friendly and helpful! We also got a free upgrade to a better room which was a nice plus :) They made sure that we always had fresh coffee and black tea in the morning and clean sheets :) It is only a 15-20 Minute walk to the city centre of Killarney and there is plenty of room at the car park in front of the hotel. The dinner we had was excellent, especially the dessert (Trifle) and the Pub belonging to the hotel was very cosy :)

Nice luxury tent. Near the town but also isolated to hear only the sounds of nature. Besides the cold weather the heating was more than enough. Nice bed. En suite bathroom and shower.
